Written exam results, last demo #30

My written exam results were announced and a little higher than expected.

The written exam : 78 out of 100 equals 7,8
Ingredients list: 75 out of 100 equals 7,5

This means that i have to score > 40 out of 100 in the practical exam next wednesday.
Ofourse i will not settle for this, my goal is to get > 70 out of 100, which would be more than 12 % over my midterm evaluation, so a realsitc, but challenging goal for me.

Today was our last demo,  no.30, we fnshed our journey through the regions of france in Corsica wth some nice dishes: beignets de légumes as a starter, mignons de porc aux châtaignes en cocotte lutée for maincourse and Fiadone as desert. Chef Caals surprised us with some very nice and cold champagne (in plastic cups ofcourse) and a lottery that some classmates alowwed to assist him and Audrey won a small container with olive oil, which, as the story goes, seems a very expensive oil. Schoolmanagement is in discussion with teachers about the cost of olive oil used in school. As we all paid a fortune to be at school, this discussion is difficult to understand from our point of view.
We thanked Chef Caals for his teachings and he wished us well at the practical exam tomorrow.
